我的退款理由是他诈骗。微信引导我去报警。
微信支付一笔订单只能投诉一次，撤诉就无法发起。所以务必注意。
微信在10分钟后的处理结果是引导我的报警（我在凌晨0点左右发起投诉），也没说后面怎么处理，结果早上8点莫名其妙他给我退款。
